How Do I return the Item Purchased Online?

We are responsible and committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase at F9Furnitures.

All the F9Furniture products can be returned within XX days of delivery for the reasons namely: Damage/Dead on Arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired Product or In-correct product.

Follow our few simple steps to proceed the returns.

Step 1: Initiation for Return Request
* Login into your F9Furnitures Account.
* Go to My Orders.
* Click on RETURN for the Item(s) you wish to return.
* Select or Enter the reason you wish for returning our product before hitting the submit button.

Step 2: Pick Up Info and Confirmation

F9Firnitures Customer Care Representative will call you within 48 Hours to confirm the date of pick up, along with few information related to the product and your concerns of returning.



Step 3: Pick Up

Handover the item you wish to return to our F9Furniture executive.

How Will I be Refunded ?

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s), in proper and original nature. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.

Be Aware Of:

*F9Furnitures insist you to please do not accept delivery of any product if you notice any apparent damage or deep damage. Contact our customer care representative if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

*Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

*In case, the product was not received in good condition we may repair/replace the product under warranty terms, however in case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product we may initiate other or offer alternate product with mutual consent on returning old product. Replacement of the product may depend upon the availability of the product.

Note: Products that have been assembled and/or installed cannot be returned or replaced, in case any manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired under normal warranty terms.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order online before the product/piece(s) has been shipped. In that case, our entire order amount will be refunded. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped, but has not yet been delivered to you, F9Furnitures offers you easy way to still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier service representative. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
